As the Senior Product Designer at Harness Wealth, I spearheaded the development of an integrated client portal focused on streamlining the tax-filing process. Faced with the challenge of creating a seamless digital onboarding experience, my design solutions not only enhanced user engagement but also facilitated marketing efforts and enabled upsell/cross-sell opportunities. While the project is still in beta, the designs below are from an early prototype that spearheaded the project’s promise in revolutionizing how equity builders access financial advice.
