All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made. On a case-by-case basis, under extenuating circumstances, at our discretion, if we determine a refund is warranted, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund. All shipping fees and international duty/tax are non-refundable. If a refund is granted in any instance, credit cards will be refunded in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank. To provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 15 days of receiving the order.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the tracking number.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification and an additional ten business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the guidelines above, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to track your order for you.
For US customers, we ship orders via USPS and UPS Ground, depending on the item category. For international, it various on location.
At checkout, shipping is calculated based on your shipping address and cart content.
We do not accept payments by check, and PayPal is not presently supported on JQSIRLS.com. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Union Pay, and Apple Pay.
We accept orders from worldwide, excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
We are only offering a select group of items through the website at this time. Please add your email to the mailing list to receive product release updates.
We do not sell wholesale.
All packaging is just protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.
